How it Works: 

1. Pick Your Design: Pick the design you like and then purchase it via the website using paypal or a credit card.

 

2. Send Us Your Clothing

• Choose clothing that is in good condition, without significant holes or tears.

 

• Make sure your garments are freshly cleaned according to the manufacturer’s instructions before mailing. Small stains can generally be worked around, but we will not risk damaging your garment by trying to remove spots.

 

• It is recommended you insure your package and purchase delivery confirmation to ensure safe arrival of your treasured garment(s).

 

3. Talk to the Seamster: 

• Once your clothing is received, one of our talented seamsters will contact you to discuss your specific requests. More than one contact may be made to clarify details and request your input as the artistic process unfolds.

• If you have special requests that require one of our seamsters to substantially increase the amount of time spent crafting your item, you may be given an adjusted price at this juncture.

 

4. Get Your Transformed Goods: You will be notified when your new item is ready to be shipped to you. Your total cost will include the cost return shipping.
